Q. What we do?

A. We make customized attires, based on customer requirements.

Q. How do we work? (Our way of working)

A. As soon as we get a request from a customer, our representative will fix up an appointment with customer for collecting different types of information from them. Once, information is collected from customer; our team will come up with a set of designs based on customer options and vital data. These designs will be reviewed with customer for their feedback, if there are any feedbacks or amendments required, design will be re-worked and reviewed again. Design will not be finalized until customer gives approval for the same. Once, design is approved by customer it will be taken for manufacturing.

Q. What all information will be there in Design?

A. Design will contain following information and items:
  • o Set of documents/templates with customer details.
  • o Set of Design sketches with labelling of different parts.
  • o Detail about the fabric used.
  • o Detail about different embriodery materials used.
  • o Details about the embriodery work, stitching details etc.
  • o Cost of making.
  • o Estimated time for delivery.

Q. How customer will feel the cloth?

A. While design is prepared and reviewed by customer, sample cloth species will also be provided to customer, to get the feel of fabric.

Q. What is guarantee/Warranty policy?

A. Design is initial document for customer to track the quality and material in their order. JaaSh guarantees to deliver the attire as decided upon in design. JaaSh also guarantees the material used as specified in design. Care of attire, need to be taken by the customer.

Q. What all we do?

A. We work on different types of attire:
  • o Lehenga and Sarees
  • o Gowns and western wear.
  • o Casual wear.
  • o College wear.
  • o We also make attire for different special occasions like, Wedding.

Q. What all different types of work we do?

A. We do all types of work some like:
  • • Zardozi work.
  • • Resham work.
  • • Chikan kari.
  • • Zalakdozi (Kashmiri work).
  • • Stone and sequin work.
  • • Aari work.
  • • Kantha work.
  • • Banarsi weaving.
  • • Rajasthani Gota patta.

Q. What is the normal time frame for delivery?

A. Depending on customer’s requirement and design a time (date) will be given to customer. Normally, a design takes one week to a Month to come up with the end product.

Q. Why does it take time?

A. We do not keep a stock for selling to customer. So, based on designs, attires are tailored and embroidery is done. Mostly, designs demand hand embroidery, which take little more time than machine work.

Q. How much will it cost?

A. In the process of making design, cost will also be estimated for customer, however, at the beginning of design, estimate and budget of customer is also considered as one of the parameters. Normally, cost depends on fabric, embroidery and different materials (threads, stones, crystals etc.) used in Design.
